It's hard to say though, because a lot of times a young pitchers potential is clouded by hype. Like just because he is 23 and a pretty good pitcher doesn't mean that he is neccessarily going to be Buehrle-esque in the future. The Twins have had a lot of guys like that, Scott Baker being the best example. You hear the stories of how he shot through the minors and all that, then he gets to the majors with all these expectations, but then you quickly realize he isn't an ace. So if that is the case with the White Sox, they probably made a good move here.
