Yeah I dunno the context on the the defense one. I mean does the context really matter for that answer though? I can't really see any situation where that answer isn't taking a shot at the defense. Not saying they don't deserve it but don't need to be saying that stuff in the media.
The one where he is like "If I just stay silent will y'all use this" is pretty dumb, since he was actually not talking for once yet they still keep showing it/trying to use it againest him.
Let's just say we had some protection problems
