Very fit? Have you looked at HHH's gut lately? As for his "great heel character," it's been done a million times before and is nowhere near as good as his character in 2000. Besides, characters aside, he doesn't draw for shit, and that's what's important. People simply don't want to see him, especially not with the belt again.
As for him getting a push for boning Vince's daughter, do you have any evidence to the contrary? No, it's not the sole cause, but he's still woven himself a pretty solid web of political bullshit to keep himself above the talent that actually deserves the damn belt.
