Actually, I'm really confused by this. I've heard a lot of stories that say it different. I've heard that Heyman was given quite a bit of control over the show and that he turned it into WWECW himself. It doesn't seem like something Heyman would do, but I vaguely remember it came from a credible source. Can't remember where though.
When "The Death of the WWE" comes out, it'd be a great chapter to read about, though.
