Jeff would be most likely to win. IMHO
He has to win the rumble. I think a 3.448% Chance is decent.
After this winning the title would be a piece of pie.(Not Cake, Cakes too Hard), Since the track record is perfect for money in the bank winners.
If he won the rumble he would win the title at wrestlemania, as every winner has for the last 8 years.

so really all he has to do is win MITB and RR, and its set in stone, WWE isn't going to change how well things are going in the past while
