Sting vs. Kane
Don't ask me why, I've just always wanted to see this match. Kane was my favourite wrestler when I first started watching, and the fact that both he and Sting had the masks (of some sort), and dark backgrounds got me interested in a potential dream match. I think it could even work now, Sting as the crusading warrior of God vs. God's greatest mistake, Kane escaping from his metaphorically encounter with Hell.
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Goldberg
Who didn't want to see this back in the day?
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock vs. Triple H in a Hell in a Cell Match
It kind of intrigues me that Stone Cold Steve Austin was never in a one-on-one Hell in a Cell Match. Now, this isn't a one-on-one match, either, but when listing the opponents I'd like to see face Austin in a HIAC, both Triple H and The Rock seemed like epic opportunities. If there was some kind of stipulation added where the winner was the first man to get falls over both his opponents, I could see this being one of the greatest matches of all-time.
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Owen Hart in an Iron Man Match
I think this would be just awesome. Austin vs. Hart is established because Hart pretty much kick-started Stone Cold's career. HBK is added because he pretty much innovated the Iron Man Match with Bret. Owen could work fantastically when he was around, the the heat would be there with all three men. Have each guy earn a fall over the other, and have it go to sudden death, where the winner is the first guy to get a fall over each of his opponents. How would that be for greatest match of all-time?
Kurt Angle vs. Bret Hart
I don't really need to add anything that hasn't been said about these two. I'd just like to point out that I'd love the fact that this would be USA vs. Canada, and seeing the red, white and blue of Angle clash against the pink and black of Hart would be amazing to see. The visuals and backgrounds of these wrestlers alone is enough to make this a match to be desired, and that isn't even considering they are two of the best wrestlers ever.
Bret Hart vs. Test
Yeah, this is weird, but I think it would be interesting, considering Bret got Test started in the business, and even trained him a little (I think). Hart would bump his ass off for Test, and this would combine David vs. Goliath and Teacher vs. Student stories very well.
Kurt Angle vs. Nick Dinsmore
Don't ask me why, I just really want to see this match. If Dinsmore leaves the WWE for TNA, I would orgasm.
