Nah, I remember Virtual Springfield too. Basically, Virtual Bart was a bunch of mini-games strung together by the premise of Bart wearing a virtual reality headset (which were huge at the time, remember? ) You could play as Bart when he was a baby, there was a biker-based one, a water slide... few others too, only vaguely remember it though.
