I wonder if steroid usage can be grounds for losing and Olympic medal even if its after the medal had been won.

I wouldn't be suprised if that was part of the agreement in Olympics or something that can be done by the comittee to preserve their image. I wonder if they have the right to strip a gold medal on grounds like that laid out prior to compettition.

Though I doubt it, because they probably would have tried to strip him of it already 8 years ago when he signed with the WWE, if they had any power over it.
