Oh stop being so damn contentious, Jeritron. You've been like a fly round my shit the last couple days. What have I done to piss you off so bad? This is a discussion forum, not a 'rip each other to shreds' forum. If I had been mouthing off, I'd say fair enough, but you're riding me for tongue-in-cheek, throwaway comments about nothing.
Nothing more annoying that somebody who takes everything you say to literal extremes and tries to use it as a weapon against you. If I said the sun provides a source of light, you'd post a sarcastic comment about an eclipse. You're one step away from that old classic, the grammar point-out.
As we were discussing in the "Pointless Music Changes" thread, a lot of the songs back in the day were fun and suited the cheesy gimmick. But it added a lot more to the whole package than some boring, samey rock riff. I'm not saying "1987 > 2007! Wrestling sucks now! Bring back Red Rooster! I love old days!" but I AM saying that more attention should be given to the impact a good (and suitable) theme tune can have to a wrestler.
And, much like X-Pac himself, his theme songs fucking sucked.
