Thats about 6 months of angles in two nights.
You have to consider that they are trying to increase the number of PPVs, if anything they have to stretch out fueds even more in order to have soemthing for each show.
Mania is already a stacked line-up, Foley putting over Orton would get lost on this show, weheras on Backlash it would be one of the biggest stories coming out of the show.
