Uhhhhh, yes. They are tied as of Wrestlemania 22. The key word is indeed consectutive. Which wrestlemania has HHH missed since his Wrestlemania debut at Wrestlemania 12? The correct answer would be none. He has appeared at all of them consecutively. That comes to a grand total of 11 wrestlemanias. Bret competed at 11 consecutive Wrestlemanias.

11 = 11, which means not only does he come close to touching Bret's record, he equals it. And with him being out this year, he stays at 11. Leaving Bret and HHH tied for most CONSECUTIVE wrestlemania in ring appearances, 11. A fact that was mentioned on air at Wrestlemania 22 last year.
