Ok, back to the topic.
Never seen any title change live. But I did see something just as good. Smackdown before WM19, Angle vs Lesnar. The strong rumor was that, because of Angle's BROKEN FRICKEN' NECK, he woudl drop the title to Lesnar, who would defend agaisnt Benoit at WM. What I got to see instead was Angle doing the switch with his brother and then handing Lesnar only his second pinfall loss. Being a huge Angle mark (hell he wasn't nuts at the time) and never having liked Lesnar, I was literally rolling in the aisle at that (I had an aisle seat and did the rolling just so that I could later say I did it.) I know it didn't come across this way on TV but the crowd LOVED the swerve. I think they loved the non-televised portion even more, where Lesnar F-5ed Heyman, and then fought off an attack by Big Show and A-Trian before Undertaker hit the ring.
Anyways, seeing Angle retain the title when I expected him to lose it was just as good as a title win for me.
