I completely agree. He's on top because he's drawing a huge reaction. I mean, it seems like a longshot, but the guy's hugely over. People are always all over Vince to make smart decisions, but they want one of the most over guys in wrestling to be depushed because he's not a smark fave, and THIS is a smart decision?

Now, I'm not calling Vince bright, but it's painfully obvious that Batista is someone who is concurrently over and getting a push. Despite the insistance people will turn on him, or whatever, he's a monster, and whether by competence or by luck, they've got a bnonafide star.

Why are we so eager to fuck with that?

And I don't even like Batista, currently. I'm just not quick to pretend that everything I don't like is bad for business.
