Val Venis has said time and time again that he doesn't like being in the spotlight and that he's happy with his place on Heat.
So why push the guy? Only for them to crap all over him again? I remember the EXACT moment he blew it with the WWE. They were giving him a nudge to near main-event status right after they repacked him to be more intense.
He went freaking BALLISTIC on Vince in a promo and Vince looked like he broke Kayfabe and was actually shocked. That night on Raw, Val wrestled Austin, and was beat. And rode a steady slide down to the bottom, even lower than when he started.
I don't think they'll ever do right by Sean Morley. I hope that they release him, but I know they won't. Val Venis is the type of guy who will REALLY make the WWE regret it if they let him go. He's got it all, the size, speed, skill, look, charisma, he's got it all. TNA gets a hand on him, he'll make more out of his push than anyone released to them before.
