I actually though he didn't sound too bad on ECW. One thing he has down is emphasis.

The guy can't change who he is, and regardless of his Mickey Mouse voice, I sure as Hell wouldn't pick a fight with him. I still think they should give him a promo style. I don't know whether it should be how he talked to his troops, or if he speaks all fancy like (smart and strong could be put over as a deadly and sinister combination). I think he needs to move past the "Hi, I'm Bobby Lashley...and I'm a babyface" style of promos. He really wasn't that bad, though.
