The way they've handled the China storyline is beautiful. They havent rushed it and like you said, they needed a reason for Jack to come back to America and still be pissed at China. Hence Audrey. I kind of wish they started the China thing about 3 episodes earlier though. As it stands, we'll only get 7 episodes having to do with China unless they kick it over the the next season which seems likely.
I really dont think this person at the end is Tony. Tony filled that serringe up to kill Henderson. And at the time Tony was one of Hendersons targets to kill, he just failed cause Tony didnt get in the car with Michelle. So you know when the oppurtunity came up, Henderson pumped that whole serringe in him. I just cant see Tony coming back, unless Henderson isnt dead either and the whole thing was to cover something up.
