I wouldn't mind the TV title being introduced if ECW were getting its own ppvs, and if the World and Tag Titles were consolidated into split brand titles, with the IC, US, TV, Womens and Cruiserweight belts being brand exclusive.
While I do agree there are too many titles, I still think ECW needs some sort of undercard title. I think if guys like Burke and Punk had a title to fend for, this could be much more entertaining.
