Maybe it's because I'm still asleep, but I don't get what happens at the end. I could probably understand it better if I thought about it, but even if it's a great idea, that would probably make it too complex for the WWE.
I don't mind the idea of the IC Title/US Title/TV Title being defended in MITB. I actually wouldn't mind it if they hung up the Titles in separate parts of the ring. Alright, say we did it with this year's MITB competitors; Finlay was United States Champion, Jeff Hardy was Intercontinental Champion and CM Punk was Television Champion:
Mr. Kennedy climbs the ladder, and pulls down the United States Title. This makes him the new United States Champion, and he has the chance to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship whenever he wants (kind of like a SmackDown!-exclusive MITB).
Next, we see CM Punk manage to retrieve his ECW Television Championship, retaining it at WrestleMania against seven other men. Punk also earns the right to compete for the ECW World Championship whenever he wants. An ECW-exclusive MITB.
Finally, Edge climbs to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He is the new Champion, and can challenge for the WWE Title whenever he feels the desire to. A RAW-exclusive MITB.
You could take the idea further, and have Kennedy and Edge trade contracts (seeing as they don't have a name on them, as the contracts were up-for-grabs in the Ladder Match). You can then do a swerve and have Kennedy beat John Cena, and Edge beat The Undertaker.
