Perhaps I'm in fantasy land...

But maybe instead of working a program with Mark Henry (Ew), Kane's last feud before he takes time off will be against Paul Burchill? I mean, Kane has fought Regal and Taylor in brawls on SmackDown! for the last two weeks. I think this is going somewhere.

Burchill competed in a dark match against Flash Funk, who he defeated. The WWE seems interested in bringing him back as a serious character, as they dropped the pirate thing pretty fast, and haven't even re-tested it before shows.

Wouldn't it make sense for Regal & Taylor to bring in "The Ripper" as a guy to even the odds against Kane? I know I'm applying logic to the WWE, which is a no-no, but the pieces all seem like they fit.
