1) Meh. Just a guy talking big about something he honestly doesn't know a lot about. Nothing to hate him about.

2) Sure, these statements are false, but Kurt works for TNA. He's just trying to put them over. What would you have him do? Say "Yeah, TNA blows. I'd rather be in the WWE, but since they let me go, I'm here."
