No, I knew what you meant. What I'm saying, is that nobody foresaw the sudden end of Owen or Eddie. If you can't see Kurt's impending doom, you're either in denial, severely handicapped, or already dead, yourself.
And for the record, with the reckless way he treats himself, I won't consider his death an accident; he's doing this intentionally.
