I'm a little dissapointed it says "with Peter Fornatale".

That likely means it's ghost written, and Chris seems like an intelligent and literate enough guy to pen his own books like Foley and Edge have.
Either way I'm excited to read it, and I'm pleased that J.R. did the foreword.
