How do we know that this was unplanned anyways?

Maybe it was just a way to wind up people that don't get to see live shows often.
So the ref should've just randomly turned heel in the match by not counting the three?

And besides when they do title changes like that, they usually wait until the next house show before they give the original title holder the belt back.
