Its just like when your watching RAW with a Cena match on, and you hear the entire crowd just booing the crap out of him. Yet the camera still shows you that one 11 year old fat girl with a "I love Cena" sign or that one little boy with "The Champ is here" sign. Its the same idea that they show you what they want you to see.
