for me i have a simple digital cable box. when i hit the button for ondemand (charter provides much of its content to you for free) i go thru a menu to get to wwe 24-7 under their premium button.
you pay $7.99 a month and cofirm with your remote and then you are set for life and automatically billed for it each subsequent month.
so in some ways its like an extra channel but you can go thru the ondemand menu and pick what you want to watch and when and you can also pause, rewind, fast forward etc. plus if you ever turn it off randomly it will save where you were and you can resume later.
its suprisingly a really good wwe product.
