Yes Backlash was a dissapointment. But Rupp has had great crowds for RAW in the past and some nice size house show crowds. Plus WWE runs shows in Louisville and Cincy (which is right on the border with ky) and even on occasion in Bowling Green. Plus OVW is located in Louisville.
I don't mean that the show was bad, I'm talking about the fact they got busted by the state law for the whole blood thing.
