Eddie Guerrero.
I prefer him because unlike people such as Angle, and Benoit, Eddie can wrestle a straight up LuchaLibre style wresting match if he wanted to. Eddie is probably the only person in the WWE who can do literally every style of wrestling that is out there today.
Benoit and Angle are probably better on the mat wrestling, but Eddie is not far from them in that area either.
