I always felt that way too. I was at a live show where they did a promo in which he told the Undertaker he liked being alone in the dark to prepare himself. The Undertaker then explained to him the importance of scouting your opponents. He could have been really good if he had had more passion for the business, and maybe given a bit more time.

Anyways, here's a good clip of the Undertaker training him.
