I think they should've brought him back when Trips got hurt. I read somewhere though they actually tried but he turned it down because he was committed to WSX or some BS. Not sure if that was true or not. But he should have come back then.

Orton should start ranting about how he put out HHH and HBK and not only killed their legend, but the legend of the biggest stable in the history of wrestling...out comes X-Pac.

If he were to come back now, I think he could be a bigger deal than ever. Obviously I'm not talking put the title on him or anything, but he could fued with upper level guys and then bring a little more legitimacy to the IC title division.
