According to PWI, he didn't. Most workers were shocked.
BTW, they did the explosion on Sunday and spliced the footage cleanly into the live footage of Vince getting into the limo. Nicely done, I must say, since there are no visible seams where you can see editing being done. And being able to play off
The Sopranos was pure luck (the angle had been planned for two weeks).
