If you asked me every year, from when Chris debuted in WCW till today, whom my top 5 current favorite wrestlers were, he was always in there. He's probably the last guy that I seriously cared about in the old school kayfabe sort of way.
I remember in 8th grade me and 3 other kids called ourselves the Four Horsemen and I was Benoit. He was a great wrestler, had a cool look ( I loved when he wore the vest) and had the kind of intensity you just don't see often.
I'll always look back on his times in the Horsemen with Pillman as my greatest Benoit moments. Of course his Rumble win, his Mania 20 victory and his debut with the Radicals will go down in history. He had so many great matches and feuds, it's hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to, it would be the Owen Tribute match with Bret Hart.
