no i'm sorry. Heath Herring screwed Heath Herring. What a moron. Letting the guy up LOL. That guy couldnt even get up right and he let him up. That was one of the dumbest things i've ever seen in a MMA fight. The dude didnt even know where he was. I understand you might be worried about slipping into a submission, but Herring showed great ground defense and ability to slip out of holds. Plus it was nearing the end of the round. He stopped punching. The ref cant stop the fight if the dumb ass stops punching and lets him up. Noguiera was still trying to defend himself thats why it wasnt stopped. Herring should have kept punching like his life depended on it. I'm glad he lost that fight. He deserved to lose for that dumb shit.
I dunno how Sean Sherk survived those 3 knees from Franca. The first one was gross. The one to open the second round ( or end the first round? ) would knock most fighters out no matter who they were. Sherk should have been done right there. He probably should have been done on the other two. I couldnt believe he walked into the other two like he did the first one. You'd think he'd see it coming after getting absolutley crushed by one already.
