Please explain how his civil liberties are being violated.

Also, when you have something to back up your statements, it's not libel.

Libel applies only to deliberate falsehoods (though some times unintentional falsehoods are admitted by the courts, generally itt has to be deliberately malicious).

If there was no foundation of evidence, you might be right.
