Sad fact is, in the WWE enviroment, a lot of Regal's matches are gonna suck. Regal vs. Carito/Marella/Jeff Hardy etc is something I don't really want to see in the ring over the IC title. Put him in as GM. It's been done but it works well. That or in a tag team.
