Some interesting talks going on about possible big names on the move.
Griffey's been brought up a lot...if the Reds deal him to a contender at this point I'm sure he'd oblige. But I think a lot of teams might be scared by the fact that his contract runs through 2008, where he'll be another year older and he of course has his history of injuries.
Surprisingly, Oswalt's name has been brought up as well. Getting him, however, will mean the team will have to inherit his entire contract (including all 2007 salary). He's said he would waive his no-trade clause if trading him would help the organization...but I don't see how trading him possibly could help the Astros in any way. Doubt anything happens there.
Lidge's name is also continuously thrown around as it has been all season, as is Dontrelle Willis.
