As for the topic at hand. As I said, I dont' keep up with the video game shit but I don't see why dropping the price of a system they're trying to get rid of is shooting themself in the foot. In business, if you aren't making any more product and you need to get rid of the remain stock, you clearance it at a lower price.

Now I'm not sure if the system they're selling at the reduced price in favour of the better one can still play new games it puts out. Is it a product they're just completely abandoning, games and all? Or is it just a system with not enough computerish capabilities for what customers want, but can still play new games?
