That's a good point. I've only really researched him, but his current storyline is that he represents some kind of change for AJPW, doesn't he? "Change" probably isn't the right word, but they're trying to book him like the Triple Crown needs to be "saved" from him, aren't they? Kurt Angle going over Suzuki in this sense wouldn't make much sense, as the logical thing to do would be to put over an up-and-comer as the new top babyface of the promotion.

A title defence against Kurt Angle would be pretty sweet shit, though.
