Yeah, but eventually those picks will become someone. They could also draft rights to euro players that they wont have to pay now, but in a few years can bring in to play.

Insted, they hand away the picks to drop an EXPIRING CONTRACT that could have been used to trade for a solid player. Nash an marion only have so many years of high level play left, so maybe they shouldnt be giving away the future.
