It's generally just called a "dropped third strike"
A passed ball is any pitch that gets past the catcher that he should have caught
A wild pitch is pretty much the same thing, except the scorers consider the pitch to be so bad the catcher couldn't have caught it. and the error gets charged to the pitcher, not the catcher
