You mean like, as I pointed out in the first line of my post?

The runners already on base can advance, and generally do as they normally would on a passed ball. The hitter, however, is out.

Though a smart hitter will still run up to first anyway to try and fool the fielding team into thinking he isn't out, taking their attention away from the other runners.
