I voted based on impact on wrestling and outside of it for the first one. I looked at his popularity with the fans and with his peers, how much he drew, and the impact he has had outside of wrestling.

It came down to Hogan and Rock, I ended up picking Rocky due to the fact that almost no one has had a bad thing to say about him. He drew BIG and continues to be a sought after actor in Hollywood.
