No, Turning the Tables is yet another book on ECW, covering a more common ground, rather than the WWE version covered in Rise and Fall, which is a pretty uneventful read if you've already watched the DVD, and Hardcore History, which is of the Forever Hardcore camp.

Supposedly, Tod Gordon is releasing a book detailing his take on things, although it's been pushed back a few times and is now off of Amazon completely. Bob Ryder is also putting out a book on the subject of his time in all three companies, although it, too, is now gone from Amazon.
