Matt Hardy by several miles, and that was only because he was hanging around to make sure Jeff didn't get left too far behind.

Matt has been improving in the ring leaps and bounds, and is able to go to a ROH show and not embarrass himself, and actually get a damn good match and reaction out of it. Matt is becoming a ring general, and I've seen him getting more and more appreciation for this on other sites around the IWC.

Jeff Hardy has been quite decent since returning, but that's all he's been...decent. Matt Hardy has a match, it's guaranteed to be good on some level. Jeff can have a train wreck just as often as he has a passable outing.

Everyone claims Jeff Hardy to be the more charismatic of the two, but I disagree. Sure, he was the guy that fell off higher ladders, but never has Jeff ever been a part of something like the Mattitude angle. Matt may not be amazing on the mic as a babyface, but as an arrogant heel, he was damn entertaining. If Matt Hardy resurrected the character, I'm sure he'd be well on the way to that World Championship a lot of people think he deserves.

It should also be noted that during their run as a tag team, Matt Hardy planned out most of their matches. Jeff would have arguably been lost if it weren't for Matt guiding him.

So Matt Hardy is the one with the better wrestling skills, the better promo skills, the better personality, the better work ethic, and I honestly believe he's got a better rapport with the crowd at this stage of their careers. Jeffrey has improved since returning to the WWE, but he is still far and away the lesser Hardy.
