Bash at the Beach 2000.... There were plans for the title that he derailed. I'm convinced that WCW would have had a fighting chance if it wasn't for Russo's fallout after Jeff Jarrett layed down.
All Russo needs to be a great person in the industry is a short leash. That's why he was a great writer in the additute era. Vince McMahon kept him in check. WCW, being owned by Turner (this accounts for half the nails in WCW's coffin, so I won't blame Russo for everything wrong with WCW), didn't have the owner overseeing everything.
