I'm basis this off of the work done in 97-99, in which he was head writer, and also what people from within the industry have said. Plus some of his ideas in WCW were not terrible, they were just terrible executed. And even at the peak of the horrific car crash that was WCW, that was STILL better than what WWE is throwing against the wall right now. I'm not saying he is perfect, I'm saying that as a writer I have enjoyed a lot of his work, and as an on screen personality, I enjoyed his character...despite how one sided it was.
