Pfft, Sable sued Vince and she's back. Seeing Paul Bearer in WWE again wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
One thing we seem to be missing here: who would put it past Vince and Co. to have someone else play Paul Bearer at WMXX? Nowhere in any rumors I've seen does it suggest that William Moody is actually returning.
