WWE doing something good??

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Given all that has happened to the wrestling industry over recent months, WWE is trying to do something about it. WWE is now reaching out to any performer that at, one time or another was under contract with the company. If they are currently suffering from a substance abuse problem the company is offering to pay for their rehabilitation treatment.

One case that may have caused WWE to take this approach is the death of “Sensational” Sherri Martel. Martel had just completed a stint in rehab for a painkiller addiction; however, she still needed back surgery but could not afford it. WWE hopes to change cases like this and potentially save some lives.
