If you read the thread as it went, rather than trying to play CM 02/03 (which incidentally is NOT called 02/03, its called CM4) you'd know the following
1- There are 2 lists of teams available
2- We haven't decided a start date, because everyone has different times when they are available
3- (And this has been mentioned time and time again) You need to download the 4.1.4 update from
http://www.sigames.com and then the 4.1.5 update, you MUST get 4.1.4 before 4.1.5
