IWC or Internet wrestling community. It is a term used to define internet smarts or smarks. It is more acurate of a term than smarts, because we are all fucking retarded. And smark just sounds dumb. By saying the IWC hates John Cena is true to the same exect that America voted for George W Bush as president. On the collective level, it is true, on the person to person level it varies.
