I can see Matt doing it before Jeff. The only way I could really see Jeff doing it is IF Matt did it, and they run some sort of jealous brother angle (Bret/Owen type thing) and Jeff gets himself put into the main event somehow. They had a prime chance to have Edge drop the World Title to Matt, but they felt Khali would be a better champion so they screwed that.
